On new accounts, outgoing SMTP is blocked. To unblock SMTP, we need to know why you need SMTP to be unblocked (e.g. for personal email) and how many emails you're going to send per day.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy on sending spam.
It is not allowed to run public proxies, public VPNs or TOR exit nodes on our CloudServers. VPNs for personal use are fine.
It is not allowed to use any of our services to “mine” crypto currency (e.g. Bitcoin or Litecoin).
